Let me tell ya, the amount of work a good realtor does is insane.

The amount of work our realtor did was double that. When we started the search for a new house, Oliver was with us every step of the way- From researching properties, setting up viewings all over the county, writting offers, he managed the entire buying process for us, including answering those late night texts, and he did it all with a smile. When we listed our house for sale, he went above and beyond with marketing! Our neighbors commented how busy our open house was! He helped find movers and cleaners and did a million small things that simply made it easier on us. He handled so many things that you’d never know we weren’t his only clients… we sure felt like we had 💯 of his focus. On top of all that, we had gift baskets and an apple pie hand delivered, plus some amazing German food at a BBQ he hosted for his clients. If you or someone you know is looking to buy or sell, you can easily find a good realtor… but if you want the BEST realtor, the one that goes above and beyond for his clients, knows this industry inside and out and WILL find you your dream home, then you need better then good- you need Oliver Del Rosario! He was recommended to us from Eric and Shelia and I thank the stars we took their advice and hired him. Now I’m telling you to take the same advice! "If I could give Oliver more than five stars I would. I was a first time home buyer with a lot of questions and concerns and Oliver guided me through the entire process. Going in, I was not entirely sure what I wanted or where to start but knew I wanted to leave apartment living behind. Oliver really helped me narrow down my options, taking a lot of stress out of the entire process. He took the time to get to know what I would like in a house and what my long term goals were to help me get a better idea of what would work for me. He found homes within budget and was flexible with his schedule to meet for open houses. Oliver was responsive with my calls and texts and did a great job at keeping me in the loop with the various communications that go on during home buying. I truly appreciated working with Oliver, he is down to earth, genuine, personable and truly cared about what was in my best interest."
